Cupid’s Hunt 2011: The Hunt Has Begun!

Valentine’s Day! Love is in the air! And you know what THAT means… it’s time for the annual CUPD’S HUNT PODCAST COLLABORATION event! Whoo-Hoo!

For the 4th consecutive year DJs/Podcasters from all across the USA and other parts of the globe are teaming up to give you the best variety of soundtracks for your Valentine’s Day enjoyment. Personally, this has been a wonderful experience for me and I have made many, many new friends (not to mention the enjoyment of listening to all the great music) due to this event. The time and effort the guys and gals put into this is truly appreciated!

As always, this post here on RIBS is one place you can go to check out all of the podcasts and mixes that are being released. I’ll be updating it throughout the entire weekend listing the mixes and websites where you can find the perfect mix that’s just right for you. Additionally, the Cupid’s Hunt Hunt Podcast Collaboration page, a.k.a. “CH Command Central”, is another place to find out about all things Cupid’s Hunt during the event.

At this point, we are well into our Cupid’s Hunt Podcast Collaboration event for Valentine’s Day. Once, again the guys & gals out there who live and breath music did not disappoint. There are some very, very nice mixes that have been released so far. I hope you’ve had a chance to sample some of this great music by now.

IMHO, it just doesn’t feel right to be doing a Cupid’s Hunt Collaboration without them… and I’ll be damned if I’m gonna start now {smile}. So, with that said and with the fact that love, love music and the spirit of Valentine’s Day is timeless, I’m reaching back to the CH2010 event and presenting their past Cupid’s Hunt efforts here this year so their presence (and gift of music) will be accounted for. Nikki, Fresh, DarrenKeith & Jason I miss you guys this year but your spirit and music is still a part of all we do!

Well, I hope everyone had a great Valentine’s day yesterday! I actually meant to post this update last night but I had to take some time out to enjoy my own V-Day celebration over here too {smile}. Anyway, after a fast & furious bunch of releases on Friday and a slower Saturday & Sunday, Monday Valentine’s Day saw the flood gates open up once again.
