Dinner Is Served, On The Menu: RIBS…

You just know that when the short form of the website name is RIBS that there are gonna be plenty of references to dinner, food and whatnot, right? {smile} Well, I promise to try and not overdue it, OK?

Anyway, welcome to Rhythms In Black Satin!. This is the companion blog to my primary site, NetInfoWeb.com. Over there we’re “tracking the sites, tracking the SOUL!”, which means it’s dedicated to discovering the variety of sites on the ‘Net keeping Soul music alive and well. Here, however, is going to be my site for “musical mental health”, an outlet for what little bit of musical creativity I have.

I love music! The DJ in me (four plus years spinning at my college radio station and/or doing mobile gigs on the side) just won’t die. RIBS is where I will be posting playlists and/or mixes that I create from time to time. The focus will be R&B, Soul, Funk, Jazz and Blues, with an occasional suprprise thrown in here and there. So, I invite you to sit down, have dinner with me and:
